This is rather worn but it does look like Halpe filda although I don't know if it is found in your area.

Can You Please Help me With some Additional Information about Halpe filda Because i can not Find informations of it at internet .

Halpe filda Evans, formerly as H. homolea filda.
Upperside without cell spots hence Absent Ace; HW pale band poorly-defined. Range Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh.

Halpe homolea , many considered as subspecies elevated to full species. eg. H hindu , H. egena, H. handa.
Upperside of H. homolea.

Undersides ID'ed as H. homolea both from south India , Western Ghats.

Halpe hindu (formerly as ssp of homolea. rather like H. porus but FW with one cell spot ,(porus has two).

Both homolea & hindu have one FW cellspot & HW band better defined.

Also consider Halpe Knyvetti Knyvett's Ace, range Sikkim to northern Myanmar.
FW spots 2 & 3 (2 biggest) with greater overlap (by half); antenna with white patch.
