This one matches all the points for Halpe veluvana.

1. Antenna without a white dot.
2. Forewing cilia not chequered.
3. Forewing cell with a single upper cellspot (H. veluvana sometimes with a lower one as well.)
4. Forewing spot 2 & 3 widely overlapping.
5. Forewing spots distinctly yellow.
6. Underside hindwing without a band. ground colour yellowish.

Unknown H.kumara & knyvetti.

I don't think there is another Halpe that will match all 6 points above.
