Les said, "It looks like Hasora chromus chromus. The white line is narrower [than H. vitta] and there is no hint of a metallic tint to the hindwing. Also, the subapical spot on the forewing is vestigial."

Taken in Tatai Commune, Koh Kong Province, Cambodia.

Please can someone confirm or correct.

I would tend to agree it is Hasora chromus. The individual is rather worn.

In H. chromus.
1. The FW subapical spot is absent on the upperside, if present on the underside it is non-hyaline (not translucent).
This spot is almost always present in H. vitta on both sides. (Always absent in H. taminatus.)

2. The HW white band is narrower, somewhat irregular on the inner margin, & bent at the upper part in space 7 just before the costal margin.
In H. vitta the white band is broader especially in the upper half, smooth inner margin & gently curved or straight in space 7.

3. The HW marginal white line is more extended upwards, but lost in worn individuals.
