Both Nacaduba pavana & the very rare N. russelli have dark striae within the white ones lining the bands.
In additional the peripheral spots are rather dark as well.

This looks to be the male Nacaduba sanaya.

Having said that the separation of N. sanaya & pendleburyi is based largely on the upperside.
In N. pendleburyi the male has a dark apical border & the female is dull purple blue.
In N. sanaya the male is without a border & the female is silvery blue.

C&P4 pic of N. pendleburyi shows it to have rather narow marginal spots.

In the pix from Thailand below, the first is typical N. sanaya male.
The 2nd is probably male N. pendleburyi. Note the marginal & submarginal spots are different; HW marginal spot 3 is very flat.

Male 4-line Blues appeared to be a rarity.

This mating pair from Malaya by LC is correctly N. sanaya.
Female on the left & male on the right. Note HW marginal spot 3 tends to be large & rounded although this is expected to be variable.
