Looks like Suastus gremius gremius (Palm Bob) to me. Most of the time we see the underside without seeing the uppersides. But the extra spot at the end of the cell isn't typical of this species. Not sure if it's an aberration or not.

The cell-end spots are quite variable from all the photos that I've collected thus far - from almost no cell spot to two. In Pisuth's book, the specimen there has a very distinct pair of cell spots. Many of the shots that I took of this species has only one cell spot, whilst on my old website, there is a specimen with two clear cell spots. The subapical three spots are also variable in size.

An old shot of the Palm Bob upperside can be found here (http://www.butterflycircle.org/hesperiidae/gremius.htm).

Yes, it is Suastus gremius gremius female.

The yellow-tipped antenna & erect fairly long palpi 3rd segment are that of Suastus.
The extra spot in space 1b indicates a female.( correction: sex uncertain,)
This one have 3 subapical spots typical of gremius. The other 2 species have none or a faint one .

I think the male also have the spot in space 1b, so the sex is uncertain.
