Is this a female Jacintha Eggfly?

Seems to match quite closely the form-incommoda of the female Jacintha Eggfly as depicted in Butterflies of Thailand Edition 2.

This subspecies and the other subspecies bolina will need close observations in the near future, as we are beginning to see variations that overlap between the two. Also noteworthy that they co-exist here in Singapore, and it would be interesting to see how they evolve.

I had an earlier blog article here (http://butterflycircle.blogspot.sg/2009/11/observation-notes-on-variability-of.html) that shows some of the variants that have begun to appear locally, and almost every individual that I have come across, no two are exactly the same.

Yes, it's also mentioned in Pisuth's book - "They are capable of interbreeding, and produce a range of hybrids which do not fit into either subspecies." (Piratana and Eliot, 1996)
