I have seen and shot this mycalesis 2 times, and today again for the 3rd time, i saw it once more at the same general area.

it is always bigger than normal. i think it is the dry season form of Mycalesis orseis but just posting it here to confirm. these were taken a few months ago and show 2 different specimens, taken a few months inbetween. the 3rd one today looks exactly the same as well but no pictures.

It should be the dsf of M. perseoides.
The forewing cell have the characteristic dark striae, & the hindwing dark postbasal line have the tooth at vein 1b.

Quite what is it doing in Singapore ia another thing.
