Went to Fraser's hill too over the National day holiday. Here's an interesting lycaenid. I think it's called a leaf blue (Amblypodia).

Somehow both looks rather different, i think there could be 2 species?

They are the female & 2 males of probably Amblypodia narada.
The undersides of the 2 species are almost identical but A. anita appeared to have the faint postdiscal white spots on the hindwing larger.

TL Seow:cheers:
PS. A. anita in peninsular Malaysia is found in Kedawi, Kelantan & east coast of Pahang, ie. largely in the north.
It has not been recorded in FH, a heavily collected area, but twenty years had passed since C&P4 (1992), so there is a possibility but very slim.
