Three field tests using "Mosi-guard" during my recent trips to Lentang, Kuala Kubu Bhura and Sendat Waterfall:
Treatment and method: Trouser legs lightly sprayed and tucked into socks, moderately sprayed the whole socks and no treatment for the footwear.
No leech bite from all the three locations (Lentang: wet floor due to overnight rain; K. Kubu Bharu: dry and hot weather; Sendat waterfall: some areas are wet all the time). Only one leech found on my shoe lace at Lentang.
I will try it again if I have a chance to visit Panti and/or Langkawi in future.
