It is Isma protoclea male.
On the left forewing is a rounded dark brown brand at the base of vein 1b, which is typical of most Isma.
The right hindwing tornus shows suggestion of the long black cilia.
The dark body have a purplish tinge, indicative of its underside purplish wash.
The similar I. iapis have an ochreous brown body.

 Does Isma protoclea have the white spot below the apiculus?

There is a white patch near there.
But, I am wrong here since the spots matches those of Halpe although Isma can have some spots missing.
There is a white band as well which I thought was just abrasion.
Need to check which Halpe. Could be ormenes.

Can't say for sure, but very likely it is H. ormenes since the ground colour is dark.
Halpe also have a brand on the forewing.

Here's a shot of Halpe ormenes.

It does shows H. ormenes is quite dark.
However the band is broad & white which eliminates zema & elana, both with yellowish -white bands.
Of the two left H. zinda is very rare & so highly unlikely.
