At the release site for the Brown Awl specimens I bred, there was quite a few lycaenids flying around. One of them was a tiny specimen (about the size of a Tailless Line Blue or Common Line Blue) which turned out to be a 6-Line Blue (Nacaduba sp.) upon closer examination.

Dr Seow, which of the 6-Line Blue is this? With the forewing marginal and submarginal spots not particularly darkened, is this N. berenice?

Judging from the forewing shape this is a female berenice.
The marginal spots on the forewing are very narrow.
The submarginal spots in space 4 & 5 are usually pointed or pyramidal in berenice & calauria.
Do note the female of berenice often have dark spots.
This is seen in mating pairs where the male can be IDed as berenice.
