Just a record shot, very noisy and ugly bg. But it is rare and that is all that matters here. :)

Uncle Sunny,

I must have shot it not knowing it was anything special. But when I was looking through my shots a few days ago I found it. I checked the book and found it was the WTS. I can still remember where I shot it and on hindsight, I think I saw it there twice.

Don't know if that plave is still in business, but are you in the mood for a WTS? :grin2:

Jonathan,

I have shot it twice on the west , unfortunately the place is almost gone now , and along with it the grounds for the following species:

1 Pandita sinope sinope (Colonel)

2 Discophora sondaica despoliata (Common Duffer)

3 Virachola kessuma deliochus (Pitcher Blue)

4 Liphyra brassolis abbreviata (The Moth Butterfly)

5 Abisara geza niya( The Spotted Judy )

6 Abisara savitri savitri ( Malay Tailed Judy )

and a few species of Awlets and Red Eyes

Over at USR I have shot the Banded Redeye on two occasions at where we were today. Our foray into the deeper part off the track has revealed to us where this species Erionota hiraca apicalis and the Gangara lebadea lebadea (Banded Redeye) might be hiding . The 6-7 we were trying to tracked are likely these two species. I suspect their host are the rattan plants as they seems to gather around these plants.

Cheers!

PS: Do not go in there by yourself....

Well Done Chng!

You are now in the privileged group of less than 5-6( I believe ) that have nailed this elusive shade lover.
