Took these shots last week of two sets of mating skippers. On closer scrutiny, there seems to be slight difference between them.
Set A should be that of Potanthus omaha omaha, what about Set B :thinking:

It is remarkable that these 2 mating pairs have chosen mates with the same livery as themselves. It is tempting to ID them as different species.

However the criteria for P omaha are
1 . Spot in space 7 on the upperside. (also seen on the underside here as the large middle spot in space 7)
2. Small. Forewing less than 14mm.
3. Bands crossed by darkened veins.

Note P. omaha is VERY VARIABLE.

My only reservation is that I have never seen a P. omaha female with the bands as broad as in the male.
