Intriquing this Snow Flat with two spots in space 1b.

Note this and the other are females. ( broad hindwing and a barred abdomen. Only the T. cohaerens male have a similarly barred abdomen.)

C&P4 does not include spots in space 1b for ID. In many skippers the female have spot(s) in space 1b while the male is unspotted.

The key will ID this individual as T. ultra. The hindwing markings are the same. This could be perhaps a migrant race from the Riau islands, or just a variant of the Singapore population.

There is little to suggest it is something new. However to end the mystery will require finding a mating pair, or breeding a batch of cats.
