Help! What kind of caterpillar and insect are these?

The caterpillar I found on our Lantana. The small insect with wings, on our basil.

the caterpillar is defintely a moth.

as for the butterfly, i think is some kinda palm dart. i'm too rusty to make an attempt on the ID, perhaps you may want to have a go at trying to ID it from the photo checklist (http://butterflycircle.com/checklist2/) before the experts come in.

The moth cat is Orgyia postica (Lymantriidae), a common moth with a massive range of foodplants.
