    3. Herpetogramma species Crambidae.

    This is actually nearly identical to H. theseusalis from N. America.

    No. Geina species are found only in North America , Europe to Russia ie Temperate , Palearctic regions.
    The pattern on the FWs & abdomen also do not match.

    Your moth matches Sphenarches anisodactylus correctly although it is more orange brown.
    This is a widespread variable pest species.
