    Default Contribution to Catholic Newsletter

Attached is an email which was sent via my Website. I know some of you have better shots that those on my website. If you're interested to contribute your work, let me know. No compulsion or pressure. After all, this is a catholic church (not that I'm into any religion anyway).

I'll make sure that your respective names are credited to the photos if you're ok with it, and that you'll get a copy of the newsletter as keepsake.

    Dear Mr Khew,

Was just browsing your beautiful site on butterflies in Singapore and
would like to ask your kind permission if I could use one or two, or up
to four of the photos for Catholic News, a fortnightly newspaper for
the Catholic church here in Singapore. Of course your name will be
    credited.

Our next issue will feature articles pertaning to nature and your
    photos would be very appropriate.

The photos of the following butterflies are the ones I hope to feature:
    Common Rose
    Common Tiger
    Blue Pansy
    Malay Lacewing

If these are available on higher resolution, they would be better for
publication quality. Please e-mail me or call me at 90281576 as soon as
you are able to give your reply.

    Thank you and God bless,
    Sr. Wendy Ooi

I think your Blue Pansy's better than the one I have on my website. Of course we know whose Common Rose is the best, don't we?

Since u guys think so highly of the 'me', well, here's the original file:

    http://us.share.geocities.com/neocb....s/P4251877.JPG

It's 2288 x 1712, 2.25 Mb. After 05/06/04, I'll remove the file. Anyone who wants it for personal viewing, feel free to download.

As written by Sky Blue, "credit just put butterflypals.com will do". If they really want a name, say this Common Rose is by 'Common Rose'.

To the general public, I thinking putting my name will not mean much or do much. However, putting butterflypals.com might be able to create public awareness that there is this group of people out there who spend times chasing after butterflies; and in the process hope that more people will be aware of the environmental and nature issues.

    Common Tiger right this one?

From my first trip to AH back in March. The love affair began. Don't see them around much nowadays.

SK, full file size is avilable here. It was for developing, so didn't USM that much. Need to make any editing just tell me. As for credits, just put a Jason@butterflypals or something like that. Standardise everyone's.
