    Baron, sumatran sunbeam, not sure what red eye skipper....

    Your skipper appears to be Matapa aria (Common Red-Eye).

    However, , try again for your 'Common Sailor'! (Hint - Check the hind wing markings)

    hmm... been staring at the checklist for about 5 mins. short banded sailor? the markings on the forewing dont really look the same...

    Common Redeye it is...

    And the Sunbeam is a Malayan Sunbeam, not Sumatran Sunbeam. AHBT does not have Sumatran Sunbeams as yet.

    thanks for the correction. i always thought only Curetis saronis sumatrana hides under the leaves...
