    Default Atlas Moth

    A newly eclosed Atlas moth from P.Ubin today. Had a great time shooting this prolific moth with Khew & Bobby

    I think this is the biggest moth u can ever find in SG. Wingpsan for this is abt 15 cm at least.

    Great shots, Wong! The last pose was the best for the upperwing shots eh?

    After checking my notes, this is a female after all. The male's antennae are a lot bigger and appear wider and more feathery. Perhaps Roger can confirm.

    I bred this species back in England, and can confirm that she is, indeed, a female, and a very beautiful one as well.
