Hi all,
Some Moths to share.
Appreciate any help for the ID.
Sacada spp moth (Pyralidae, Pyralinae)????
Unknown
![]()
Hi Rey,
Probably correct on the generic i-d of the first sp.
Placement is Pyralidae, Pyralinae.
The second sp. is Erebus ephesperis; Noctuidae, Catocalinae
And a general note on abbreviations:
sp = species (singular)
spp = species (plural)
ssp = subspecies (singular)
sspp = subspecies (plural)
cheers,
Roger.
