    Hi all,

    Some Moths to share.
    Appreciate any help for the ID.

    Sacada spp moth (Pyralidae, Pyralinae)????

    Hi Rey,

    Probably correct on the generic i-d of the first sp.
    Placement is Pyralidae, Pyralinae.

    The second sp. is Erebus ephesperis; Noctuidae, Catocalinae


    And a general note on abbreviations:

    sp = species (singular)
    spp = species (plural)
    ssp = subspecies (singular)
    sspp = subspecies (plural)
