This particular flowering tree is very interesting with quite a number of other butts feeding on the blooming flowers. Is this the same species of tree the silver royal was found on?

BTW, confirmed that the specimen is male with a glimpse of its orangy-red upperside as seen in the following pic (circle A). I am also puzzled by the reddish fluid/excretion at one of its legs (circle B). Does anyone know the likely source of this fluid (the flower or the butt)?
