Male upperside clear blue with the veins white.
FW costal spot close to the postdiscal band.
Submarginal spots tend to be chevrons (V-shaped), that on the HW arching high.

Male upperside purplish blue with the veins obscure.
FW costal spot about midway between the postdiscal band & the cellend bar, but variable.
Submarginal spots have more level margins ,so they form more regular bands especially on the FW.
FW marginal area often sullied by the diffuse marginal spots.
