Although this has the suggestion of something new it is likely female N, sanaya. Correction :Male N. sanaya. Note short palpi, & FW apex rounded.

On the HW the postdiscal spots 4 & 5 comes very close to the submarginal spots suggesting N. subperusia.

    N. sanaya have wide variation in the proximity of the submarginal & postdiscal spots in space 4 & 5.

The points indicating N. sanaya are the HW white striae on the inner half are very thin & line-like.
The female N. sanaya also tends to have darker submarginal spots.
    Male & female P.Malaysia.

In checking through various valid images of the two species here is another difference which is quite consistent.

In N. sanaya the HW orange ring is wider & bright orange.

In N. subperusia, the orange ring is narrower, duller, & more ochreous.

So this is definitely N. sanaya male.

Two recorded species in Singapore have never been identified .

This lis largely due to their great similarity with N. sanaya.
They are likely to have been misIDed all this while.

    Nacaduba subperusia lysa.
HW submarginal & postdiscal spots in space 4 & 5 close together.
HW white striae fairly thick in the male.
Orange ring narrow , less bright.
    http://yutaka.it-n.jp/lyc4/81210010.html

    Singapore probable examples.

Male below with thick HW white striae, orange ring less bright.
    https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/28540433

Female.Note the orange ring is very dull. Correction: Female N. hermus . This has metallic blue scales on the black spot.

    Nacaduba pendleburyi.
HW submarginal & postdiscal spots in space 4 & 5 well seperated.
HW orange ring narrow & dull.
Male upperside FW with very narrow black border widening at apex.
    http://yutaka.it-n.jp/lyc4/81191001.html

    Singapore probable examples.
Male.Note separation of the spots mentioned & dull orange ring.
    https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/78555522
This male shows the FW upperside apex black. In the male sanaya this would be blue since there is no widening of the black border.
This male is practically confirmed as male N. pendleburyi.

    Female.

    https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/59855531

Typical examples of N. sanaya 2 males & 2 females, for comparison. HW inner white striae thinner, orange ring bright & well-defined.
