It is most likely Nacaduba hermus swatipa.
There are quite anumber of 4line bliues recorded in Singapore which can be very difficult to ID.
N. pavana ( & russelli) both have strongly developed dark striae within the bands. HW black spot with metallic scales.

N. russelli is very rare & have the submarginal spots large.
N. sanaya elioti.
No dark striae. HW black spot have no metallic scales.
FW postdiscal band almost always dislocated at vein 6.
HW submarginal spots & postdiscal band/spots usually well separated (variable).

N. sybperusia lysa. Dark striae absent.
HW submarginal spots in space 4 & 5always very close to the postdiscal spots/band.
HW black spot without metallic scales.
FW postdiscal band usually not dislocated.

N. pendleburyi. No pix.
Dark striae absent.
Submarginal spots narrow , so they & the postdiscal band are widely spaced.
Male upperside FW with narrow black border expanding at apex.
If you look carefully at the HW black spot, there are a few metallic scales.
