Yes, it is A. silhetensis ardorea. Correction: Arhopala athada.
Some examples of A. silhetensis have HW spot 6 broader, astride spot 5 & cellend bar & is very similar to A. athada .

However A. silhetensis also have the FW top submarginal spot more strongly dislocated with a distinct step on the outer border.
