Is this Zographetus ogygia or Zographetus doxus? Thanks!

Zographetus doxus. Female.

The two species were easily confused in the past.

Males are identified by their large white area on the antennal clubs.


Zographetus doxus.
Ground with a more yellow bloom in the discal (central) HW area.Margins broadly brown.
Space 4 & 5 paler , yellower than inner adjoining HW cell.
HW veins are noticeably darkened.

Zographetus ogygia.
Ground colour more uniform, golden brown to red brown.
Space 4 & 5 ,& adjoining HW cell uniformly brown.
HW veins barely darkened.
