    It should be Halpe toxopea although the location is a bit further north.

    The HW interneural dark spots & the marginal spots are large & nearly merged so that the pale area appears as a central band.
    The species with this feature include .
    H. porus with well-defined band & twin FW cellspots.

    Halpe kusala. FW spots 2 & 3 with half overlap; HW band less defined & submarginal pale spots more obvious.
