    1. Parantica melaneus.

In P. melaneus the brown area (where the scent patch is in the male) is narrower & smaller.
The pale windows in space 2 & 3 larger.
The two white postdiscal dots (always present) run parallel to the submarginal white dots.

    P. swinhoei.
The HW brown area is larger, wider, so that the the windows in space 2 & 3 are reduced.
The two white postdiscal dots may be absent. If present are not parallel to the submarginal white dots.

The series of large 'gold' spots on the FW indicate it should also be Halpe aucma.
