Yes it is R. suffusa.
The FW postdiscal band/line is strongly bent.
The HW orange crown appear distinct merely because there is a pale yellow zone between it & the black postdiscal line, highlighting it.
The orange crown is hardly deeper than the HW area to the inside of the postdiscal line.
