Wow...never expected this much of information in a single post...a simple thank you will not be enough to acknowledge your efforts...thank you so much sir...
But only one thing, Ypthima nareda is not distributed in North East India. So any other possibility.

    ID Correction .

11 D is not Ypthima watsoni.
    http://www.butterflycircle.com/attac...5&d=1593081495

Some of the website images of Y. watsoni are in error.

    Ypthima watsoni ;
UpF with a prominent fascia inside of the ocellus. This & the submarginal fascia forms a loop round the ocellus.
    This is hidden from view.
    Submarginal fascia variably heavy.
UnH also with a postdiscal fascia.
HW spot 5 & spot 2 of about equal size.
    http://yutaka.it-n.jp/sat/41170001.html

It also does not match Y. confusa well. The ground is more uniform in Y. confusa.
    http://yutaka.it-n.jp/sat/41150001.html
    https://thaibutterflies.com/project_...thima-confusa/

There is a strong suggestion this is Ypthima fusca.
Elwes & Edwards description of Y. fusca.
Page 21 last two paragraphs under Y. nareda./
In particular similar to Y. nareda.
    Ground whiter with coarser striolations.
Distinct indication of a HW post-median white band.

    TL Seow: Cheers.
PS. Possibly just a Ypthima confusa variant.

    13 Choaspes benjaminii.

The differences in Choaspes is very slight.

Green hairs cover the upper rim of the eye.

    Choaspes furcata.
HW black mark in space 1b , large incurved.

    11 D.
    Ypthima confusa.

This is a very good match for this from Thailand.
    http://www.samuibutterflies.com/expe...pthimawatsoni/

The Ypthima in SE Asia are well researched by Japanese entomologists .
There is no mention of a Y. fusca which is largely unknown.
Thus Y. confusa is the closest & likely correct match.

Thank you so much Dr. Seow sir...I know it was indeed time consuming and requires a lot of hard work and patience to check and follow literature for several species at the same time...as i already said i am really thankful to you... really appreciate and acknowledge your valuable guidance and suggestions...it is very difficult to id Ypthima with such minute variations...but this discussion will really help me to improve my thoughts and vision on Ypthima especially...

    Cheers

In a way I am glad you brought this up.
I remembered there was a lot of confusion between what is Y. watsoni, confusa & norma (not found in India)in the past.
This was the cause of several mis-IDs on the web.
The Yutaka website on Ypthima ,updated in 2019 has cleared all these uncertainties.

BTW, you will notice 11D is a near identical match for the female Y. confusa from Chiang Mai.
