    11. Ypthima baldus.

    Y. baldus have the submarginal lines welldefined & the two dark HW fasciae fairly clear.

    Y. affectata have the fasciae diffusely broad & ill=defined.

    12.Y. huebneri.

    Y. huebneri have one dark fascia inner to the big eyespot, yellow ring on eyedpot broad.

    Y. cantliei have 2 dark fasciae inner to the FW eyespot & the yellow ring narrow.

    Thank you so much for guiding us so well on this confusing group...what about Ypthima philomela peguana sir?? We got many Ypthima in Meghalaya and Tripura...will post them slowly here...but for now please guide us about the above mentioned species.

    Ypthima philomela.

    Wings not marked by any fascia except for the narrow submarginal line.
