    Hi, would appreciate some help in identifying some of these butterflies I saw in Entopia, Penang.

    All as you have IDed.

    5 Ancistroides nigrita very worn.


    10 Atrophaneura nox male.
    FWs & HWs rounded.
    Abdomen nearly all black except at the end.

    A. varuna ; FW narrow with concave margin.;HW elongate with crenate (scalloped) margin.
    Abdomen red along the sides & ventral surface.

    1 & 3 are correct.

    Heliophorus epicles

    H. indicus is not found here.

    H. epicles & nola are very similar on the underside.

    H. epicles; HW upper part of red border in space 6 jut in more& FW lower white submarginal a slight chevron (V-shaped).
