Yes it is Telicota besta male.
As often the case it appears too orange in field shits.
T. besta ;Veins across HW band lightly dark-dusted;Veins rather prominent; Face paler.

T. augias. Veins not prominent & those acroos HW band not dark-dusted; deep uniform orange. spots 3 & 4 always broad overlap.
