Dr Seow, in Pisuth's book, he mentioned that 'this species has been revised and raised up from subspecies of intermedia to a species', so should it be Chersonesia rahrioides instead of Chersonesia intermedia rahrioides?

When someone does a revision & upgrade a subspecies to a full species. his argument have to be convincing to gain acceptance from his peers.
Pisuth's book was published in 2012, so the revision ( by whoever )was done earlier than that.
The major players here have retain this as a subspecies.
Yutaka webpage on C. intermedia rahriodes was revised in 31 -8- 2018 just last year.

Butterflies of India have also retain it as a subspecies.
