1. is typical Potanthus omaha ;HW band veins lightly dark ;abdominal end yellow.
2 & 3 you can leave as M. visala.
They are sort of intermediate between typical M. perseoides & typical visala.

M. mineus have thin striae & HW eyespots form a upper triangular indentation from the white band.

4. I think you have it right as L. heliodore.
On the right FW submarginal spot 3 is only a little wider (projecting inwards)from spot 4 above it ;FW 'tongue ' like mark between the cell bar & cellend spot is well delineated.
This is as in the female L. heliodore.

5. Nacaduba kuravaFemale, with large submarginal spots with rounded margins.
