    Default ID requested for Lycaenidae

    Dear Sir/Madam,
My friend captured this interesting species from Hollongapar Gibbon Sanctuary, Assam, India in the month of May 2019. You are requested to give the Species name alongwith pictorial guidance.

Looks like a female Ancema blanka minturna but with a slightly heavier forewing post-discal band than usual

Concur it is the female Ancema blanka minturna.
This has the whitish shadings in space 1b & 2.

Only a few species have the postdiscal band broken into lunules.

Quite similar is Pratapa deva lila.

A useful quide is in Pratapa deva lila the HW upper two black striae in space 6 & 7 are always present & in line .

In Ancema blanka the uppermost stria in space 7 is either absent or if present well shifted in.
This can be seen especially in the male & in this female.
