Yes, it is N. jumbah.
N. jumbah have most of the forewing submarginal spots small triangula, or 'V'.
The hindwing submarginal spots are much flattened. out often lunulate (1/4-1/2 moons)
Two very similar species have the hindwing submarginal spots large & quadrate in shape. P. columella is very similar on the forewing, with large gap between spot 2 & 3, & triangular cellend spot. http://www.ifoundbutterflies.org/sp/...dyma-columella
