Yes, it is Miletus symetheus.
The two females can be rather confusing.
Two features in combination are useful ID points.
M. biggsii; FW postdiscal spot 6 shifted outwards from postdiscal spot 5 below it; apical areas of both wings not white-shaded.

M. symetheus. :FW postdiscal spot 6 not shifted out from spot 5; apical areas of both wings white-shaded ;this cause the FW postdical band to be blurred . The white shaded areas line up at full rest.
