    Default Arhopala major

Based on previous discussions, these two different individuals should both be A. major right?

The white cilia in this first one seem too faint to be A. norda ronda

Concurred they are both Arhopala major.
The two can be rather confusing & their markings may overlap on the underside.

Arhopala amphimuta with upperside confirmation (ie very narrow borders in the male).
HW with the postdiscal spot 1b with roughly equal arms 'V'.
HYW postdiscal band in space 2, 3, 4, & 5 more or less intact, only slightly dislocated at vein 4.

Thanks Dr Seow. What struck me as unusual was the very dark submarginal area on the first one
