Polytremis lubricans.
The HW arrangement of spots is that of P. lubricans.
There is spots 2 & 3, spot 4 is large, elongate, followed by a small spot 5.
The antennal tip is short, pale with a bit of orange.
The upper cellspot is variably large;
FW spots are yellow.
The dark lines are likely developmental faults.
