Should be correct as A. sublustris.
Whether the topmost spot 9 is shifted in from the FW band seems immaterial.

The upperside of the similar A. milleri is matt indigo blue ,& that of A. sublustris shiny blue.
A. milleri is very rare.
What can be used to differentiate the two based on the underside is unknown.

Thanks. Let me dig out a series of shots that I took of this fella. I recall a shot with a bit of the upperside peeking through.
Just adding a few more shots that were taken at or around the same location at Bukit Timah Nature Reserve on the same day for further verification of Arhopala sublustris.

The upperside is a bright blue with the border a thread.
That should confirmed it as A. sublustris.
The upperside of the similar A. milleri is a matt indigo blue.
