Default A swift sp. from n Thailand

I'd be grateful to know what genus this species of skipper from south of Chiang Mai is. I have reviewed images of Panara, Polytremis etc that I can find on the web, but none seems to show a heavily barred abdomen with two spots in the outer forewing (most have three at least). Maybe I am looking at a wrong genus?
    Thanks.

The orange-tipped antenna with a pale spot indicate the Halpe group of which Thoressa is typical.

Two species in Thailand are very vsimilar.

    T. hyrie have the FW cellspots fully merged into one, while in T. fusca they are more or less separared.
From the underside alone it seem impossible to tell them apart.

The spots varies. It seem the abdomen in T. hyrie is less heavily dark-banded.

This suggest this is Thoressa fusca. Fusca also means dark.

    TL Seow: Cheers.
