Male Telicota besta bina.
Although the colour appeared very orangey like T. augias , the veins on the HW are dark-dusted.
Description of the male underside.
1. Telicota augias. More orangey than all other species.
HW veins across the band not dark-dusted; face hardly paler ; abdominal tip (if visible) not or barely dark-shaded above.

2. Telicota linna. Yellower;
HW veins across band not dark-dusted; face & lower part of abdomen paler.

HW veins across band may be lightly dark-dusted; Face slightly paler :FW spot 4 & 5 staggered ,each is set further out than the one below it, side margins strongly concave.

4. Telicota besta; Yellower but often deep orangey in photos.
HW veins across band lightly dark-dusted (variable); face slightly paler; abdominal tip lightly dark-shaded above.
