    A daunting group.

    12 Likely Acytolepis puspa.
Acytolepis is recognised by a basal spot in HW space 7 (the little triangular spot).
The two species are nearly identical on the underside .Hampson first described lilacea as a form of A. puspa.

The upperside of A. puspa have a whitish FW patch as well as on the HW.
    A. lilacea is without the whitish patches.
Confusingly A. puspa lambi in P.Malaysia & Singapore do not have the white patches.

    A. puspa ;FW postdiscal spot 4 is set perpendicular( 90deg.) or nearly so to spot 3.

    A. lilacea; FW postdiscal spot 4 is more nearly parallel to spot 3.
