This is a sticking problem, trying to differentiate between the two based on the underside.
A female here.
All correct females of R. dieneces have the FW postdiscal band fairly straight.

All correct females of R. suffusa have the FW band arcuate or bent towards the costa (forward margin).

Based on these findings I would say it is Rapala dieneces.
Note R. suffusa is also a deeper yellow.
