    Default Help with Cerulean ID

    This was photographed in Yala, southern Thailand. Closest match I can find on the web is Dusky Cerulean J. virgulatus.

    Both are variants of Jamides celeno.

    A. FW postdiscal band (middle one) straight & not broken in the middle.

    J. celeno. HW white lines variable, may be chaotic; silvery sidebars on black spot short or unequal.

    2. J. pura silvery sidebars on black spot equally long.

    1. FW band broken ( angled)in the middle.
    HW basal band aligned .
    3. Orange patch large.
