    Many many thanks to Antonio for arranging this trip to Chiang Mai.
    Let me begin with some shots.

    CD1: Thoressa masoni(Golden Ace)
    CD2 and CD3 : Pithauria species
    CD4 : Halpe hauxwelli(Paled Marked Ace)
    CD5 : Prosotas aluta coelestis
    CD6 : ?

    We did see many skippers last trip.

    CD6 looks like Thoressa cerata (Northern Ace**)

    CD2 looks like P. stramineipennis & 3 should be P. murdava.

    The male P. sreamineipennis is consistent in the better defined HW dark elliptical spots with a pale spot in the centre.
    From India, Thailand ,& Malaya.

    P. murdava
    have these HW dark spots ill-defined & appeared to be common in the Chiang Dao area.

    CD6 is correct as Thoressa cerata.

    Cd15 looks correct for P. stramineipennis.

    Post 5.

    CD17 & 18. Neptis magadha magadha.
    The FW cell bar & end spots, postdiscal spots are different; Underside HW main band does not reach costal margin.
