    Rapala pheretima is right.
Note ther is an extra spot/bar in the FW cell (innermost).
    This is sometimes missing.

A 2nd good clue is that the HW black spot always lack the orange ring.

It is a Caltoris malaya female.
There is a faint FW upper cellspot.
Two species here in which there is no FW cellspot.(The faint one here can be discounted.(occassional in C. malaya.)
In C. philippina the FW is sharper & excavated (ie indented/ cut in) on the lower termen(outer margin).

Caltoris malaya is probably not rare, just that it is rather difficult to ID with confidence from the underside alone.
The extra spot in space 1b (lowermost) indicates a female.

Not officially in, but the species had been bred in the past by both Horace & Ben Jin.
    eg. (size of spots varies.)
    http://www.butterflycircle.com/showt...-of-2-Caltoris

The Pelopidas Group of Skippers are all very similar on the upperside as well, so it is a good idea to get a shot of the underside HW.
However, Borbo cinnara is browner & spots 2 & 3 are rather irregular.
Parnara lack spot 1b in both sexes, & Polytremis & Pelopidas have cellspots.

The scent folds can only be seen on the upperside & that in a set specimen eg.
    http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-b6TKYg69kv.../photo+1_1.JPG

From the underside it is quite difficult.
In the male the band is bluer, & the outer margin of the HW's uppermost big window is usually indented or concave.

In the female the band is more strongly yellow-tinged, & the outer margin of the HW upermost big window is often slightly convex.
