    Default Mycalesis patiana ?

I was not sure what is this actually. Looks like Mycalesis patiana to me. Or is it due to the angle of the shot. Can experts help please.

    Taken in Malaysia.

    Mycalesis fusca.

There is a severe perspective distortion similar to this Mycalesis below.

Mycalesis fusca can be ID'ed by the FW submarginal line being very irregular & zigzag ; FW usually with 3 subapical spots.
Unsually the HW submarginal line is also highly irregular in this individual.

    M. fusca.

    oops! You are quite right.
I thought the colour was only grey brown & since no underside was given in C&P4 did not check it up.

No wonder I could not match the HW submarginal lines.
