It is a pristine Peacock Royal.
Those little dashes or short striae are distinctive for this species.

This post is probably going to make everyone laugh!
Thought I have nailed a Eurema hecabe contubernalis (Common Grass Yellow)...but after going thru the checklist, I'm not sure if it is this or Eurema blanda snelleni (Three Spot Grass Yellow). IMG_6875-1w.jpg

Experienced a lot of over-exposed shots recently. Is there such things as my flash canon 600 Ex-Rt is too powerful for my 650d? When I set ISO to 100 or 200, sometimes I get very slow shutter of 1/40 or 1/80. This results in blurred images. To overcome it, I increase ISO to 400 and very often the result is over-eposure. My flash is set to ETTL. Should I switch back to 270EX?

You have Eurema hecabe. The FW cell is exposed enough to show the 3rd spot if present.
The upperside black border of E. blanda tends to be narrow & less angular.
